RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event of an item arriving in anything than less than perfect condition, please advise us immediately by phone or e-mail and arrange to return it for a free replacement.
Please do not accept delivery of an item where the packaging looks damaged.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it (at your cost) within 10 days for a refund or credit for another item. The reason for return must be stated, and the item carefully repacked in the original packaging and sent by an approved courier. Please contact us by phone or email before you return any item. Upon safe receipt of the parcel, we will issue a refund or arrange for a replacement.
